Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

4 tbsp milk / milk alternative

4 tsp HCW Cacao Powder

1 tsp HCW Maca Powder

1 tsp HCW Vanilla Extract

 

Method:

  1. Chop the bananas and place in the freezer for several hours.
  2. Combine the frozen bananas with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Process until completely smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if needed.
  4. Refreeze for a few hours until firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls, top with cacao nibs and chopped nuts (optional) and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup HCW Ultimate Seed Mix, milled

10 HCW Pitted Dates

1/3 cup nut butter

1-2 tsp HCW Spirulina Powder

1 tsp HCW Vanilla Extract

Pinch of HCW Himalayan Salt

 

Method

  1. Mix together the dates and milled seeds in a food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls.
  4. Can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or kept in the freezer.
