Hummus (serves 4 – 6)

  • 1½ cups HCW Chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 tbsp HCW Tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water

Method

  • Mash / blend all ingredients together.
  • Add more water for thinner consistency (optional).
