2 tbsp HCW Golden Flaxseed Powder
2 tbsp HCW Coconut Flour
1 tbsp HCW Xylitol
½ tsp HCW Xanthan Gum
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp Fine Himalayan Salt
2 large eggs
50 ml milk
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla essence
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk, vanilla essence and melted butter to the eggs and mix.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and combine well.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the batter to a heated frying pan and cook on both sides.
