Whey Protein Smoothie (serves 2)

2 tbsp HCW Just Whey
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
1 tbsp HCW Raw Almonds

• Mix all ingredients together well in a
blender.

Nutritional value per serving:
12.8g protein, 31.8g carbohydrate, 9.9g fat, 1.4g
fibre, 1020kJ
