We have introduced Hydro Coco Coconut Water which is naturally low in energy and perfect for adding to smoothies. It has a great taste and can contribute to your magnesium and potassium intake.

Coconut Craving (serves 2) Ingredients:

  • 250ml Hydro Coco Coconut Water

  • 1 banana (small)

  • 1 mango

  • ½ cup plain yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Pour the coconut water into an ice cube tray and freeze to make about 8 ice cubes.

Add to the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
