We recently ran a campaign, asking our you to suggest recipes, using our Gluten Free Four Mix. The response was fabulous and we want to thank Salma Mansuri for sending us a picture of her wonderful roti’s and a picture of the product.

2 cups HCW Gluten-Free Flour Mix (click the link to order yours)
½ tsp fine salt
¼ cup sunflower oil
1 cup boiling water
  1. Mix all ingredients together well to form a soft dough.
  2. Leave aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll into medium size balls; then use a rolling pin to roll into roti shape.
  4. Fry on both sides and serve.
