These recipes make a perfect treat for Father’s Day.

Both smoothie recipes create a tasty, high protein meal or snack.

Breakfast Smoothie
(Provides per serving: 1256kJ, 53g carbohydrate,
15.3g protein, 3.8g fat, 8.4g fibre)
200 ml apple juice
¼ cup plain yoghurt
1/3 cup frozen berries
1 small banana (frozen, cut in chunks)
2 tbsp HCW Oat Bran
1 tbsp HCW Flaxseed Powder
2 tbsp HCW Just Whey
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Serves 1.
Soya Protein Smoothie
(Provides per serving: 1284kJ, 45g carbohydrate,
15.3g protein, 8.2g fat, 4.3g fibre)
4 tablespoons HCW Just Protein (Just Soy)
2 ½ cups water
7 tbsp HCW Soya Milk Powder, Low Fat
2 bananas
2 teaspoons honey
4 tablespoons HCW Oat Bran
2 tablespoons HCW Almonds
Method:
1. Add the soya milk powder to the water and
whisk well. Refrigerate for a couple of hours
or overnight to chill.
2. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients in a
blender.
3. Serves 2
