Chia Smoothie (serves 2)
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat frozen yoghurt

Powder, organic / 1 tbsp frozen berries
4 tsp HCW Chia Seeds (Click on the link to see product)
Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.
