Top layer

1 small sweet potato, roasted

1-2 HCW Pitted Dates

½ tsp HCW Vanilla Extract

1 heaped tsp nut butter of choice

2 tsp HCW Cacao Powder

¼ cup milk of choice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well until smooth.


Yoghurt and overnight oats layers

¼ cup HCW Cacao Chia Oats

½ cup boiling water

½ cup plain yoghurt

½ tsp honey / HCW Agave Syrup


  1. Mix Cacao Chia Oats with boiling water and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, mix the plain yoghurt with honey and place on top of the overnight oats.
  3. Add the top layer and enjoy!
