Ingredients:

1 tsp HCW Spirulina Powder

1 small potato, peeled

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 head of broccoli, chopped

5 cups spinach

¼ cup fresh dill

2 cups chicken stock

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

  1. Boil the potato until soft.
  2. Sauté the onion, broccoli and spinach for 5 minutes.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix in a blender until smooth.
  5. Stir in the spirulina powder.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
