Chocolate Chia Pudding (serves 4)
1 ½ cups milk / milk alternative
3 tbsp HCW Chia Seeds
½ tsp HCW Cinnamon Powder
- Whisk the ingredients together, except the dates.
- Place in a covered container in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Place in a blender together with the dates and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled with your choice of topping, such as fresh fruit or muesli.
